    The rollers turn, although one of the rollers resists a little.
    7.5" across from wheel to wheel.
    I gave them an initial cleaning.  There is naturally occurring patina/rust.   The black paint that remains is original.
    I did not mess with the hardware screw.
    The pair has impressive character and would make great farm/country decor.
