This is  a PROMO OVERSIZE CARSTOCK PAPER SLIPCASE WAS SENT TO VERY FEW SELECT INDEPNDENT RECORD STORES IN THE USA TO BE USED WITH A SPECIAL BONUS CD THAT WAS LATER ADDED TO THE BREAKING BENJAMIN WE ARE NOT ALONE (this is for the slipcase only the cd is not included)
The slipcase  measure approximately  5 ½  inches wide x 5   inches tall x ¾  , features  an image on 1 side only
