An estate found, vintage
late nineteenth – very early twentieth century 14K yellow gold seed pearl starburst pin
, offered with no reserve and a low opening bid!
It measures 1” in diameter x 5/16” deep across the pin bar and weighs
3.2 grams

Unmarked but has been acid tested by us (on a stone and not the item) and is
guaranteed to be 14K solid yellow gold
. Almost certainly American made, circa 1900.
Condition:
this is a pre-owned antique seed pearl brooch that has been worn. Very light wear from gentle use; the patina of the gold is shiny, the pearls are white with good nacre – no loose or replaced settings; the pin bar is straight and the c-catch with safety works properly.
